Handcrafted in small batches and traditionally distilled in copper stills, it is not chill filtered and is finally reduced to 48% vol. with pure Tasmanian mountain water.
The Poltergeist Citrus Gin is designed to highlight the liveliest and most citrus-driven side of gin. It is born from a partly secret selection of botanicals, including juniper, cardamom, coriander seeds, lemon myrtle and Tasmanian wild pepper (Tasmannia lanceolata), which contribute to a fresh, dynamic and well-balanced profile.
This gin is ideal served in a gin and tonic with neutral tonic water, with soda or simply over ice, delivering a true explosion of citrus flavours and a delicate spicy complexity. It is perfect for summer evenings, gatherings with friends or moments of relaxation.

Colour: Clear, crystalline.
Nose: It immediately presents a clear predominance of citrus notes. Aromas of lemon peel and fresh citrus emerge, accompanied by herbaceous nuances. In the background, juniper and delicate spicy notes can be perceived, adding depth.
Palate: Lively and intense. The attack is dominated by citrus notes of sweet orange, almost candied, and tart lime, followed by a progressive spicy development that keeps the profile balanced and never excessive. Juniper remains well present as the backbone of the distillate, while pepper brings a slight pungent and stimulating note in the mid-palate.
Finish: The finish is fresh and long, characterised by delicate notes of candied peel, subtle spices and an elegant juniper recall that accompanies the close of the tasting.
