Do I need to register on passionegin.com to make a purchase?
No, it's not required. You can purchase simply by entering the necessary mandatory data. At checkout, at the end of your order, you’ll be asked for personal and shipping details. To avoid registration, just fill out the required fields and click "Buy without registering".
Is delivery free?
Shipping is free for orders of €95 or more, but only for Italy. For non Italian delivery, shipping starts from €10.50 (costs may vary depending on courier and region).
How do I know if a product is available?
It’s easy: if you see the "add to cart" button, the product is in stock. Please note, we do not sell items that are out of stock or on pre-order. If it's available to add to cart, it's ready for shipping!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostePay (not all), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.
Can I pay without using my credit card?
Absolutely. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
Is cash on delivery available?
No, unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery payments.
Do I need to request an invoice?
No need to request it. We operate with full transparency. When placing your order or registering, just provide your company details (business name, VAT number, and PEC or SdI code). You'll receive a paper order note inside the package, and the invoice will be sent electronically to the Italian Revenue Agency. If you don’t have a VAT number, we’ll include a fiscal receipt in your package.
What if I need a paper invoice?
No problem, just write to info@passionegin.com with your order number. We’ll send you a digital copy as soon as possible. Note that this copy has no legal value; only the one sent to the tax agency is official.
I’m abroad, can I purchase your products?
Yes, you can check the countries we serve on the checkout page. For more info, email us at info@passionegin.com. Currently, we do not ship outside the EU.
I forgot my login or password, how can I recover them?
At the top right of every page there's a "Login" button. Click it, then select "Forgot Password?" Enter your registration email and the security code (including numbers in the image), then follow the email instructions.
How can I change my password and/or personal data?
Log in, then click the user icon next to the logout button (top right) to edit your data or password.
What should I do if I experience technical issues?
Use the "Contact" button in our menu or email info@passionegin.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I check if my order was successful?
You’ll receive email updates on every order status—from purchase to shipment. If you're a registered user, log in to view the history and status of all your orders.
What are the expected delivery times for an order?
Delivery usually takes 24/48 hours, excluding processing time, for most of Italy. Orders placed before 12:00 are typically shipped the same day; otherwise, the next business day. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (currently SDA or BRT), not Passione Gin.
Can I change an order that has already been submitted?
Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet. We ship as quickly as possible, so contact us immediately at info@passionegin.com with your change request.
Can I cancel an order that has already been submitted?
Yes, but only if we receive your cancellation email before the order is handed over to the courier. Email us at info@passionegin.com with your order number.
How can I track my order?
If you’re a registered user, log in and click "My Profile". You’ll find a button to view your order history and status. If you’re not registered, check your emails for order and shipment confirmations with the tracking number. Still unsure? Write to us at info@passionegin.com
What happens if the courier doesn’t find me?
If no one is available at your address, the order will be held and you'll get an email from the courier for rescheduling or pickup. You'll also get tracking and delivery options from the courier, such as delivery date, pickup point, or warehouse hold.
What should I do if the package is damaged?
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend you do not accept it and notify our Customer Service via the "Contact" page or info@passionegin.com. We’ll handle the case and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I purchase a gift card or voucher?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in different amounts (€25, €50, €100) to send via email. You can find it here: Whisky Italy Gift Card.
Can I place an order if I’m under 18?
No, selling alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited by law. The courier may request an ID upon delivery.
Not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the product or change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return one or more products for a full refund or store credit. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
How can I return one or more products to passionegin.com?
Go to the "Contact" section and fill in the required fields. Under "Your request" let us know which products you'd like to return, or email us at info@passionegin.com. Our Customer Service team will contact you promptly. Return shipping is at your expense unless the products received differ from those ordered—in that case, we’ll cover the return cost.
How do I find a product?
Use the search bar at the top right of our site, or browse by distillery, category, alcohol content, peat level, or brand.
Can I buy the same product multiple times?
Absolutely! Just add the desired quantity to your cart. Please note, for rare items, we may limit purchases to one or two units to ensure availability for other customers.
Is the site secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your security and use all necessary technologies to protect your data. Credit card payments are processed securely via SSL on our trusted payment partner’s website (PayPal). We never see or store your card details. If you choose to register, your password is encrypted and even we cannot access it. For extra security, you can also pay via bank transfer.
