Product shipping is usually carried out via express couriers SDA/Poste or BRT. Products are properly packed (individually), and we only use thick cardboard boxes. The package is anonymous, showing no details about us or the products inside except on the shipping note, which includes the company name.

Passione Gin protects its customers in case a product arrives broken. Therefore, the Customer is required to carefully check the packaging and precisely report any problems and/or damages to the courier and not to accept the delivery. In case of refusal of delivery due to broken products, Passione Gin commits to replacing or fully refunding the damaged products. Refunds or reshipments will only be made upon the return of the package to Passione Gin’s warehouse. If the customer accepts the product and reports the problem afterward, Passione Gin reserves the right not to proceed with the reshipment or refund.

The cost for each packed and shipped parcel is €6.99 up to a maximum of 3Kg (usually one or two bottles), and €7.99 for parcels weighing more than 3Kg.

Shipping can become free for orders of at least €95, which can include multiple bottles.

Attention: For deliveries to hard-to-reach areas, such as the Lipari Islands, Capri, Pantelleria, etc., free shipping may not be available due to the high delivery cost.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment verification via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Deliveries within Italy are made in 24/48 hours on working days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding; therefore, in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, Passione Gin is not responsible for delivery delays.

Passione Gin will send an email during order processing with details to track the order status in real time. Additionally, at shipment, and once the courier’s tracking number is received, an email with the tracking number will be sent.

Courier delivery is made on weekdays during normal working hours, so it is necessary to provide an address where someone is available to receive the shipment and a phone number to allow our Customer Service or the Courier to contact the buyer.

Shipping prices vary based on the weight of the ordered goods and are automatically calculated during the ordering process. Indicatively, the following rates apply for shipments within Italy:

• Rate throughout Italy up to 3Kg (€6.99 VAT included)
• Rate throughout Italy over 3Kg (€7.99 VAT included)

We recommend paying close attention to checking the physical condition of the packaging and the products upon receipt.
