Apium is crafted in England at the historic G&J Greenall’s distillery, guardian of gin-making tradition since 1760. Its name is inspired by Apiaceae, the botanical family to which coriander belongs — a key ingredient that defines the gin’s structure and personality.
A true expression of the London Dry style, Apium combines classic botanicals such as coriander, juniper, angelica root, rosemary, cubeb pepper, and verbena, enhanced by elegant floral notes of lavender that lend the distillate refined aromatic softness.
Apium pays tribute to the perfect balance between tradition and botanical finesse. Elegant and harmonious, it stands out for its lightness and delicately perfumed lavender finish. Its natural versatility makes it ideal for any gin-based creation — from the classic Gin & Tonic to the timeless Martini Cocktail.

Color: Clear and crystalline.
Nose: Opens with fresh, citrusy notes intertwined with light herbal tones. The juniper is clearly defined, blending harmoniously with the delicate aroma of lavender.
Palate: Dry yet rich, with surprising complexity. Juniper leads gracefully, supported by the aromatic nuances of coriander, the floral character of lavender, and subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs.
Finish: Soft and rounded, enriched by a gentle spiciness of pepper and coriander. The lavender reemerges elegantly, giving the gin smoothness and depth.
