Produced in the heart of England at the historic G&J Greenall’s Distillery — active since 1760 and recognized as one of the world’s oldest gin producers, Apium takes its name from Apiaceae, the botanical family of coriander, a key plant in defining the aromatic profile of gin. For its production, only the highest-quality coriander seeds are used, carefully selected from the finest crops in Morocco and Spain.
In its Grapefruit version, Apium reinterprets British tradition with a contemporary twist. The botanical base of the classic London Dry — coriander, juniper, angelica root, rosemary, cubeb pepper, and verbena — remains unchanged, but the aromatic profile is enriched by an intense citrus note that enhances the freshness and vibrancy brought by pink grapefruit.
The result is a bright and refined gin, where citrus nuances blend harmoniously with the purity of juniper and a delicate herbal touch. Perfect for a fresh, aromatic Gin & Tonic, Apium Grapefruit Gin also serves as a versatile base for modern cocktails, elevating any mix with its elegant citrus and floral character.
