Produced by Hayman’s Distillers, a historic family distillery based in London and active since the 19th century, with a long tradition in the production of classic gins, Hayman’s Sloe Gin represents the most iconic and recognized label of the entire range and is considered one of the best sloe gins in the world.
For over 150 years, the Hayman family has devoted particular care to its production, dedicating several months each year to the creation of this historic liqueur. Every autumn, the finest wild sloe berries are hand-selected from the hedgerows and then left to infuse in the distillery’s classic London Dry Gin for a period that can last up to four months. This long process allows the flavours to fully develop before the addition of natural sugars, used to harmonize the firm and slightly pungent character of the berries.
The result is a perfectly balanced sloe gin: neither too sweet nor excessively tart, intensely fruity and rich in aromatic depth, making it ideal to drink neat, but also delicious served with a citrus tonic or sparkling wine.

Colour: Ruby red.
Nose: Very fruity on the nose, with clear hints of ripe sloe and forest berries. Notes of strawberry, cherry and orange peel emerge, accompanied by a delicate spicy background.
Palate: Rich and enveloping, with a precise balance between the lively acidity of the sloe and a delicate sweetness. Notes of plum and cherry develop progressively, allowing juniper to emerge especially in the mid-palate. The profile is completed by sweet citrus nuances enriched with hints of nutmeg.
Finish: Fruity and slightly spicy, with a dry, almost crisp character. The sweetness of plum lingers for a long time, accompanied by a gentle warm and enveloping note.
