It is a London Dry Gin made with unconventional botanicals such as tomato, mustard, cooked beer wort, onion, garlic, and beechwood-smoked salt, which combine with juniper to create a product inspired by BBQ sauce, savory, spicy, and slightly smoky.
The Artisan Classic London Tonic, with its dry and linear taste, is the ideal companion for this particular gin: it supports the smoky and savory notes without adding sweetness or aromatic interference, allowing the full complexity of the distillate to emerge.
