The Winestillery London Dry Gin is born in the Chianti Classico region, crafted in the first and only artisanal distillery of its kind in Tuscany. It represents a refined fusion of Tuscany’s winemaking heritage and the tradition of classic gin. The base spirit is obtained from wine made from the family’s own vineyards, enhanced with a selection of local botanicals that embody the deep bond with the territory – juniper, coriander seeds, iris root, lemon, olive leaf, cypress berries, and rosemary.
Distillation follows the London Dry method, in a Pot Still designed to operate with both the Bennet Method and Carter Head, ensuring each botanical reveals its full aromatic potential. The result is a gin of great purity and layered complexity, where juniper intertwines with elegant herbal, citrus, and spicy notes, delivering a balance that speaks the language of Tuscany through the medium of gin.
