Produced entirely in Sardinia, the Solo Wild Gin is the essence of juniper, distilled in its most essential and unadulterated form. Crafted with just one botanical—wild Sardinian juniper berries, handpicked and used without the addition of any other plants or flavorings—it offers a profile that is both pure and uncompromising.
The berries are infused for 30 days in grain alcohol sourced from Campidano, the island’s largest plain, and then slowly distilled in a copper pot still, using a discontinuous method, for about 10 hours. The result is an intensely aromatic gin that fully conveys the strength and simplicity of the Mediterranean scrub. A perfect choice for those who want to rediscover juniper in its truest essence, free of compromises or additional layers of botanicals.
