Selvatiq Gin is a borderless journey driven by the desire to capture the purity of nature. It is a project that travels across distant, untamed lands in search of rare botanicals, including native junipers capable of conveying the authentic soul of each territory and transforming them into spirits of excellence.
The Himalayan Gin is born where the air is thin and nature reigns untouched, beyond 3,500 meters of altitude. Here, among the majestic Himalayan peaks, Himalayan juniper (Juniperus indica) grows under extreme conditions, developing a resinous and crystalline character unique in the world. The harvest, entrusted to local Nepali communities, takes place in late October, when the berries reach full maturity and peak aromatic intensity.
Alongside juniper, the recipe features other rare and exclusive botanicals of the region, all hand-harvested in full respect of the mountain’s natural cycles: Timur pepper, black cardamom, rhododendron, and hibiscus flowers. The result is a London Dry that combines depth, freshness, and delicate floral elegance.

Color: Clear, crystalline.
Nose: Fresh and crystalline opening, with Himalayan juniper (Juniperus indica) at the forefront, resinous and pure. Citrusy and spicy hints of Timur pepper follow, enlivened by delicate floral nuances of rhododendron and hibiscus. A warm, smoky undertone of black cardamom adds depth and character.
Palate: Elegant and balanced entry, where juniper provides structure and balsamic freshness. Citrusy and spicy notes of Timur pepper intertwine with the toasted, slightly smoky warmth of black cardamom. Rhododendron and hibiscus lend a floral and fruity touch, creating a harmonious contrast between vibrancy and softness.
Finish: Long and precise, with returning balsamic notes followed by a spicy and floral echo. The closure is clean, fresh, and lightly citrusy, leaving a sensation of purity typical of Himalayan high altitudes.
