The Red Door Gin Winter Edition is the seasonal expression crafted by the Benromach Distillery in Forres, Speyside. Behind its famous red door comes to life a 45% London Dry designed to capture the atmosphere of festive gatherings and cold winter evenings.
Alongside the gin’s classic botanicals are seasonal ingredients: allspice, adding warm spice; blood orange, rich and fruity; sultanas, soft and sweet; and hop flowers, which bring a fresh herbal note. The result is an enveloping gin, where ripe citrus, fruity sweetness, and warming spice intertwine in harmony.

Cloves and a delicate touch of ginger enrich the bouquet, while aromatic botanicals like juniper and coriander intertwine with a subtle rosemary nuance, creating a warming and inviting aromatic profile that recalls the cosy atmosphere of winter.
Palate: The opening is dominated by the intensity of red berries, with alcoholic blackcurrant notes coming through boldly, blending with the spicy sweetness of blood orange in a captivating contrast. Subtle hints of chocolate and the bitterness of red fruits add depth to the aromatic profile.
