The key botanicals of this gin were personally selected by Gordon Ramsay along the wild Scottish coast, with a particular focus on native ingredients from the Fife and St Andrews areas, such as local honey produced just a few kilometers from the distillery, and Mara seaweed harvested on the Fife coast.
The aromatic profile is completed by juniper, pink peppercorns, fennel seeds, lavender, and lemon verbena. These elements give the gin a marine, fresh, and distinctive profile, resulting in a spirit with a complex, refined character deeply connected to the Scottish land.

Nose: Fresh and inviting, with light citrus notes, a fine aromatic hint of lavender, and a delicate saline touch of seaweed. Hints of dry grass, soft spices, and an undertone of sweet orange and lemon also emerge, completing a balanced bouquet.
Palate: The entry is intense and lively, dominated by peppery notes and an explosion of fresh lime and spiced citrus. As it evolves on the palate, floral notes of wild myrtle, peppercorn, and tart berries emerge, adding depth and complexity to the spirit’s structure.
Finish: Persistent and pleasantly sweet-and-sour, with an elegant return of seaweed, fresh red berries, and a slightly earthy, oily finish that leaves a warm and well-balanced mineral sensation.
