The recipe brings together 18 carefully selected botanicals, including Mongolian juniper, goji berries, Sichuan pepper, citrus peels and aromatic flowers, blending into a harmonious and surprising aromatic profile that reveals new layers with every sip.
Every stage of production is carried out entirely by hand – from preparing the botanicals to labeling – with meticulous attention to detail. At the heart of the process is Mulan, a bespoke 500-liter copper still: here, the botanicals are gently simmered overnight to extract deep flavors, while fresher, more delicate ingredients are placed in the vapor infusion chamber to preserve their pure fragrance.
The porcelain bottle, intricately decorated, is both a tribute to China’s artistic tradition and a symbol of elegance and refinement. The result is a gin of delicate freshness, with a crystalline taste and impeccable balance.
