A truly "space-bound" distillate, The Moonshot Gin is an elegant and one-of-a-kind London Dry, created by That Boutique-y Gin Company.
All the botanicals used—juniper, coriander, chamomile, fresh lemon peel, cardamom, bitter orange peel, cinnamon, cubeb pepper, licorice, and angelica—were launched into the stratosphere, over 20 km in altitude, where they were exposed to extremely low pressures (less than 1/100 of that on Earth).
Once back on Earth, the botanicals were vacuum-distilled at low pressure (about 1/10 of atmospheric pressure) to preserve their freshness and elegance. To make it even more extraordinary, a fragment of lunar meteorite is added during distillation. The result is a gin with a citrusy and spicy profile, complex yet balanced, perfect for those seeking a truly out-of-this-world experience.

Color: Clear, crystalline.
Nose: Intriguing aromas of lemon cake and coriander, with a hint of black pepper adding depth and liveliness. Light floral notes of chamomile and a balsamic background complete the profile.
Palate: A peppery opening that quickly evolves into a sweet citrusy heart, dominated by fresh juniper. The palate is structured and complex, balancing notes of mandarin, lemon, bitter orange, and warm spices such as pepper and cinnamon.
Finish: Persistent and layered, with citrus notes continuing but turning more bitter, then shifting towards an elegant finale reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. It closes with a mineral dryness, leaving the palate clean and ready for another sip.
