The Lind & Lime Gin is crafted using seven carefully selected botanicals that work in harmony to create a fresh, well-balanced aromatic profile. The quality of the distillate is reflected in its bottle: a glass vessel inspired by Victorian perfume flacons or medicinal apothecary bottles, with tactile vertical ridges in aquamarine-blue glass. The Lind & Lime is distilled using 100% clean electricity, with organic ingredients, and packaged and shipped using entirely plastic-free materials.
To enhance the gin’s citrus character without overpowering it, the master distillers chose to add lime, bringing a bright, lively note. In contrast, pink pepper was included to add depth and harmony, along with five other selected botanicals, including the essential juniper, creating a balanced and distinctive recipe.

Colour: Clear, crystalline.
Nose: Opens with a fresh, vibrant burst of lime zest, delivering an immediate citrus sensation. Juniper is clearly present, accompanied by spicy hints of pink pepper and delicate floral nuances. A faint note of liquorice adds depth to the aromatic profile.
Palate: On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious. Juniper leads the structure, supported by vibrant citrus acidity and warm, dry spices. Lime zest and pink pepper merge into a smooth, silky texture, thanks to the citrus essential oils, making this gin a real pleasure to sip.
Finish: Long and persistent, with the freshness of lime elegantly lingering. Peppery notes become more pronounced towards the end, leaving a dry and slightly bittersweet sensation.
