Brands:

The Ki No Tea Kyoto Dry Gin was born from the collaboration between The Kyoto Distillery and the historic tea producer Hori-Shichimeien, resulting in a spirit that blends Japanese botanical tradition with modern artisanal elegance.

At the heart of this gin are the refined Tencha and Gyokuro teas from Uji, selected for their intense aromas, natural sweetness, and unmistakable depth. The aromatic profile is delicate and creamy, with juniper notes, while the finish reveals hints of roasted green tea and an elegant freshness.

The flavour evolves gracefully: an intense green tea sensation on the nose, followed by an almost creamy sweetness and touches of yuzu; then a more assertive body emerges, with juniper and pine accents.
