Brands:

Born in the historic heart of Kyoto, The Kyoto Distillery embodies the essence of Japanese craftsmanship, skillfully blending tradition and innovation to create one of the world’s most refined gins.

The Ki No Bi SEI is the Navy Strength edition of the celebrated “Ki No Bi” (“beauty of the seasons”), bottled at 54.5% ABV. It is made using the same elegant method as the original, which separates the botanicals into six distinct groups before distilling them individually. SEI has been calibrated to release the aromas of each botanical even more intensely, while maintaining perfect balance despite the higher strength. The result is a gin with a bold yet harmonious character: on the nose, vibrant yuzu and a delicate thread of sanshō linger like mist in a bamboo forest. On the palate, the initial impact is vigorous, but it gives way to the same clarity and harmony that define the original “Ki No Bi.”
