Its minimalist recipe features only juniper, enhanced with sea salt from Islay and beeswax, which shape its texture and depth.
The name recalls “Àrd-Na-Said,” the ancient Gaelic term for Arthur’s Seat, the hill that overlooks Edinburgh, symbol of height and ambition. Just like its name, this gin embodies a bold and refined approach: stripping back to the essence to highlight the purity of flavor.
