The Ginepraio Organic Tuscan Dry Gin is a refined expression of the Tuscan territory, made with organic grain alcohol and botanicals grown according to organic and biodynamic principles. The aromatic heart is built on wild juniper from the Tuscan Apennines, along with distinctive elements such as helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), sweet orange peel, coriander, angelica, lemon, and dog rose petals, a bouquet that blends balsamic, floral, citrus, and lightly spicy notes.
With an ABV of 45%, this gin uses three types of wild juniper and follows the classic London Dry style: the botanicals are macerated in organic grain alcohol and distilled in a copper still. The result is a dry, juniper-forward profile, ideal for both Martini and Negroni.
