The Filliers Dry Gin 28 Classic comes from one of Europe’s oldest distilleries, the Belgian Filliers, on par with the historic Dutch Bols. Handcrafted in small batches, it is distilled in traditional copper pot stills, following an original recipe created by Firmin Filliers in 1928 and perfected in 2012 by the family’s master distillers.
The name “28” refers both to the year the recipe was created and to the number of selected botanicals used in its making, a testament to the balance between tradition and refinement that defines this gin.
Filliers Dry Gin 28 Classic stands out for its dry and spicy aromatic profile, with predominant notes of juniper and refreshing citrus accents. The combination of selected botanicals gives the gin complexity and balance, making it versatile for both neat tasting and as a cocktail base.

Palate: The entry is lively and citrusy, with a balanced combination of juniper and citrus freshness. The structure is smooth and slightly creamy, with spicy touches of coriander and cardamom adding roundness. The flavor remains linear yet multi-faceted, with a balance between dryness and aromatic sweetness.
Finish: The finish is dry, warm, and persistent, with juniper gently re-emerging alongside a final note of fresh spices.
