The Edinburgh Gin Plum & Vanilla Liqueur is indulgent and unique, crafted with ripe plums and bursting with dark fruit notes. Madagascan vanilla, naturally sweet and aromatic, complements mulberry fruitiness, aromatic lavender, and the juniper base of the distillery’s Classic London Dry.
Probably the richest and sweetest liqueur in the range, its autumnal aromas make it an excellent choice for short cocktails as a substitute for sweeter red vermouth.
