Eden Mill Distillery is located in Guardbridge, just a few kilometers from St Andrews, Scotland. A symbolic place, not only for golf but also for its long-standing distilling tradition. The site where Eden Mill now stands has a fascinating history: it was once home to the Seggie Distillery, active as early as the 19th century, later converted into a paper mill, which remained in operation until 2008.
The Eden Mill's Neptune Gin is distilled with Scottish seaweed to impart a touch of salinity and a delicate smoky, maritime character, evoking days spent by the sea on the shores of St Andrews!
