The Eden Mill Hop Gin represents the perfect meeting point between brewing artistry and distillation, thanks to the use of Australian Galaxy hops as the star botanical, complemented by classic elements such as coriander, juniper, angelica, and citrus peels.
The result is a fresh and aromatic gin, with a balance of floral notes, coriander, and subtle hop hints. Sweet tropical fruits followed by delightful notes of juniper.
