The DOA Orobic Dry Gin is the expression of Distilleria Orobica Autonoma that celebrates the wild botanicals of the Orobie Alps. Made with 100% organic wheat alcohol and distilled in a 244-liter copper still, it follows a recipe of 12 carefully chosen botanicals: alongside juniper, eleven hand-picked ingredients from the Bergamasque mountains, including silver fir needles, mountain pine, elderflower, lemon balm, mountain thyme, pine shoots, and gentian root.
The botanicals are left to infuse for 10 days before distillation, carried out in the traditional London Dry style without added flavors or sugars, to ensure maximum purity and authenticity. The result is a gin with a balsamic and resinous profile—fresh and complex, with a lingering finish and a persistent sensation of alpine freshness. Each sip tells the alpine soul of the Orobie, perfectly balancing strength and finesse, and transforming into an authentic, identity-driven sensory experience.
