The DOA London Dry Gin is the first release from Distilleria Orobica Autonoma, born in the wild heart of the Orobie Alps. Made with 100% organic wheat alcohol and distilled in a 244-liter copper still, it captures the essence of twelve carefully selected botanicals, four of which come directly from the mountain territory: silver fir needles, which provide fresh balsamic notes; delicate elderflowers, lemon balm, and gentian root, which emerges in the finish with its elegant bitter edge.
Distilled in the traditional London Dry style, with no added flavors or sugars, the process involves infusing some botanicals for a week before steam and pot distillation. The result is a dry and balanced gin that combines freshness and citrus notes with a spicy core and a lightly bitter finish. A distillate that conveys the authentic and determined character of the Orobie, transforming their natural essence into a unique sensory experience.
