Brands:

The Crespo Legacy Barrel Aged Gin represents the natural evolution of Crespo London Dry Gin, crafted through the maceration of 11 carefully selected botanicals: juniper, lemon and orange peels, cassia bark, dill, coriander, liquorice, cinnamon, angelica root, cardamom, and orris root.

All botanicals are hand-harvested and selected, sourced from 8 countries across 4 continents, and macerated in sugarcane alcohol before being distilled with pure water from the Ecuadorian Andes.

After distillation, the gin is aged for 7 months in American white oak barrels previously used for maturing Tennessee whiskey. This process imparts an elegant amber color and enriches the aromatic profile with refined woody notes and hints of vanilla.

Color: Light amber.

Nose: Opens with a fine and elegant note, dominated by lively citrus aromas and woody nuances from barrel aging. Delicate touches of cardamom and dill emerge, adding spicy complexity and balsamic freshness.

Palate: Smooth and rounded on the palate, with an enveloping structure. Citrus notes intertwine with the warmer, richer tones of wood and vanilla brought by the oak barrels. A slight pungent freshness from liquorice and dill adds dynamism to the sip.

Finish: Dry, long, and aromatic, with an elegant aftertaste of sweet spices and toasted wood that lingers with balance and refinement.
