The award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is an outstanding craft spirit produced by the Cotswolds Distillery, founded in 2014 as the first craft distillery in the renowned Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Cotswolds, England.

Made in small batches using a 500-litre traditional Holstein still, this gin follows a meticulous process that combines maceration and infusion, carefully tailored to each botanical. Its neutral grain spirit base is infused for 12 hours with nine selected botanicals. Remarkably, the recipe employs ten times the average amount of botanicals used in most gins, delivering an extraordinary aromatic richness. Alongside the classic gin trinity – juniper berries, coriander seed and angelica root – the recipe features local lavender from Snowshill and bay leaves, adding freshness and complexity. Fresh lime and pink grapefruit peel, preferred over dried peel for their higher essential oil content, contribute bright and intense citrus notes. Finally, cardamom seeds and black peppercorns enrich the profile with warm, spicy nuances.

Unfiltered to preserve natural essential oils, Cotswolds Dry Gin reveals its signature pearlescent louche effect when mixed with water or tonic. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers uncompromising intensity and structure.
