Expertly handcrafted by Simon Buley in small batches of 1,000 liters. Drawing on Scotland’s unique natural resources, Caorunn is infused in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber. The highest quality pure grain spirit and crystal-clear Scottish water are combined with 6 traditional botanicals and 5 Celtic botanicals, hand-picked from the surrounding hills.
Caorunn (pronounced "ka-roon"), derived from the Gaelic "Rowan Berry", is a modern London Dry distilled four times. The taste is clean, sweet, full-bodied, with a fresh and lingering finish.

Color: Clear, Crystalline.
Nose: The initial aroma is floral and citrusy with notes of heather. As it develops, juniper begins to take shape, with light black pepper notes adding depth to the aromatic profile.
Palate: Fresh and clean, the gin opens with vibrant orange oil and rosemary, accompanied by a delicate marmalade sweetness from the Rowan Berry, then transforms into a more floral bouquet with juniper.
Finish: Good persistence with a sharp note of spiced citrus, a slight black pepper spice, and a mildly dry character.
