The Cambridge Truffle Gin was born from a simple yet revolutionary question: can gin become a contemplative spirit, to be enjoyed like a fine digestif? To answer this challenge, William Lowe and his team selected a rare and precious ingredient – the Alba white truffle, a true icon of gastronomic luxury with an inimitable aromatic profile. Its extreme delicacy required an extraordinary approach: thanks to vacuum distillation and the exclusive novo-dimensional method, each botanical is treated individually, with precise calibration of temperature, pressure and time to extract maximum aromatic purity.
The result is a surprising and refined balance where the classic character of juniper intertwines with the earthy opulence of truffle. The world’s first digestif gin, Cambridge Truffle Gin is a luminous and complex distillate to be savoured neat or over ice, yet also capable of transforming iconic cocktails such as the Negroni into true luxury experiences.
