The Cambridge Three Seasons Gin was crafted specifically to elevate the Martini to new heights. Alongside juniper, three key botanicals guide the palate through a sensory journey across the English seasons: spring, with the citrusy, aromatic brightness of lemon verbena preparing the way for the flavours to come; summer, expressed through the round, fragrant notes of English roses, evoking a garden in full bloom; and autumn, with the sweet, mature and earthy depth of blackcurrant leaves, completing the tasting experience.
Each seasonal botanical is distilled individually, in line with the distillery’s innovative approach, to preserve purity and identity. The distillates are then blended to create a vibrant and harmonious gin, evolving from lively citrus bursts to a full and rounded close.
