Born in Cambridge and winner of numerous awards, it stands out for the use of fresh, locally sourced botanicals that capture the fragrance and vitality of an English meadow in full summer bloom. Macedonian juniper combines with fresh basil and rosemary, the refinement of rose petals, the depth of angelica seeds and blackcurrant leaves, opening onto the vibrant citrus freshness of lemon verbena.

Each botanical is distilled individually using a rotavapor, a vacuum still that lowers the boiling point and allows the botanicals to be processed at low temperatures, preserving their most authentic aromas.
