Aquamaris Distilled Dry Gin is a masterfully balanced product that harmoniously blends authentic aromas and flavors, with a strong Sicilian imprint in every stage of its conception, production, and realization. The alcohol base is made from ancient Sicilian grains grown near the distillery, giving the spirit a delicate sweet note.
On this base, juniper is infused and then distilled in a copper pot still heated over a direct wood fire. This is followed by the infusion, for at least 72 hours, of verdello lemon, which provides freshness, and savory, which defines the gin’s bold character. The distillate is then diluted with pure local spring water and microfiltered seawater from the Mediterranean Sea. The result is a gin with a distinctive aromatic profile: fresh, savory, and maritime. The seawater, in addition to adding structure, enhances the identity of the selected botanicals, making Aquamaris a unique gin deeply connected to the land it comes from.

Palate: Full-bodied and bold from the very first sip, distinguished by an intense and persistent maritime salinity. Notes of Mediterranean herbs add character and depth, harmoniously balanced by the lively citrus freshness of verdello lemon.
Finish: With good persistence thanks to its salinity, it closes with a fresh aftertaste in which the aromatic notes of juniper stand out along with an elegant citrus hint. A delicate salty note lingers, inviting another sip.
