The Servaj Gin Papavero is born at Tenuta Sussambrino, a late 18th-century historic estate nestled among the hills of Castelnuovo Don Bosco and surrounded by more than twenty hectares of land, transformed by Carlo Quaglia into a natural haven dedicated to the cultivation of aromatic herbs for the historic Antica Distilleria Quaglia.
Here, a gin with a truly unique personality takes shape: classic botanicals – the freshness of juniper, the spicy touch of cinnamon, the citrusy brightness of orange, and the liveliness of mint – are combined with more unusual ingredients such as cocoa and poppy. The result is an intense bouquet and a vibrant, persistent sip: a gin that is lively, sensual, and mysterious, capable of harmonizing Mediterranean citrus and herbal fragrances with the softness of elegant floral and spicy nuances. An elegant and intriguing distillate that blends tradition with originality.
