The freshness of juniper and lemon is enriched by the aromatic complexity of local wild herbs such as thyme and marjoram. Each botanical is macerated separately for 10–15 days, distilled individually, and then carefully blended. Completing the profile is Caprisius’ distinctive signature: a delicate touch of sea salt.
