The Caprisius Gin Garden belongs to the family of artisanal Caprisius gins, inspired by the authentic soul of the island of Capri. This blend tells the story of the unspoiled paths suspended between sky and sea, thanks to a recipe that combines botanicals typical of the Caprese territory: juniper, rosemary, olive leaves and caper buds.
As in the classic version, each ingredient is macerated and distilled separately in small batches to preserve freshness and quality, then assembled and harmonized with the distinctive touch of sea salt. The result is a gin with a herbal and balsamic character, capable of evoking the aromas of island gardens and the green intensity of the Mediterranean in every sip.
