Brands:

The Bèrto Dry Gin is produced among the rolling hills of Piedmont, within the historic Antica Distilleria Quaglia, a family-run business active since 1890 and renowned for the elegance of its creations.

Part of the “Bèrto” line, which also includes vermouths and amaros with strong artisanal character, this gin interprets the London Dry style through carefully selected Italian botanicals such as juniper, rosemary, bay leaf, iris, and wormwood.

The cereal-based spirit undergoes a separate maceration of the botanicals, followed by a double distillation in a traditional pot still, a process designed to preserve both aromatic freshness and balance.

At 43% ABV, Bèrto Dry Gin presents a clean and refined profile: fresh, resinous, and citrusy, enriched with elegant herbal and gently bitter notes. Versatile and delicate, it lends itself equally well to classic cocktails as to the most innovative expressions of modern mixology.

Nose: Intense and precise. Juniper leads with elegance, delivering resinous and balsamic notes. Fresh citrus nuances emerge alongside herbal hints of rosemary and bay leaf, enriched by a floral and subtly spicy background.

Taste: Dry and assertive, with a fresh, resinous opening. Juniper is the protagonist, supported by lively citrus tones and an herbal, aromatic core. The texture is full and rounded, with a slightly oily sensation that enhances persistence.

Finish: Long, clean, and balanced, with returns of Mediterranean herbs, a gentle bitterness, and delicate floral echoes.
